The condo was very clean and very well appointed. Kitchen has all amenities. The view is excellent and access to the beach can not be beat. Shower and a hose to wash off the sand. Very peaceful and great porch to have a cup of tea or coffee to watch a sunrise or sunset.

Perfect Getaway

Our stay at BlueHaven 30A was a perfect getaway for my wife and I. The accommodations were great and everything was just as described. The property manager Jeff @5star.getaways was by far the best I have ever dealt with in over 40 years of renting vacation homes. He promptly answered every question and sent messages during our stay to make sure we were having a great time. A great experience all around!

Wonderful stay on 30a!

Blue Haven is perfect for a couple's getaway. Ideal Gulf-front location on 30a on a low-key stretch of beach. Walking distance to the Hub, and a short bike ride to Alys, Seacrest, and Rosemary. Seagrove and Seaside are biking distance as well. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. You can tell a lot of thought went into the small details. Hat-tip to the host, Jeff, who was very responsive and accommodated our last-minute request with ease. We will stay again.

A Hidden Gem

My son and I met the owner when she was renovating the condo in 2023. I thought to myself: one day I hope we can stay here! Well, it certainly did not disappoint. The condo is beautifully appointed and comfortable, very thoughtfully designed to maximize space. The furniture was all very comfortable and the appliances and tv worked very well. I cannot say enough positive things about this condo. We’ll definitely be returning!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo and would highly recommend it! This was our first trip back to the beach as empty nesters, so we no longer needed the larger property we had rented in the past for our son and his friends. This condo was the perfect size for a couple’s getaway.The condo was very well appointed, clean, and comfortable, and you truly can’t beat the location—just steps from the sand and close to several of our favorite restaurants. The property itself was quiet, peaceful, and very well maintained.Our host was also great to work with and provided excellent communication throughout our stay. Any questions we had were answered quickly, which made the entire experience easy and stress-free.We also utilized Jake’s Beach Service during our stay. Even though the beach wasn’t crowded this time of year, it was such a treat not having to set up and take down our own chairs each day.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to others. We’ll definitely be booking it again ourselves!

This property is an absolute gem. My family has been coming to Ramsgate for a few years now, and this unit knocks it out of the park with regard to cleanliness, comfort, appropriation of space, and being outfitted with everything one might need for a beach trip. The private beach is invaluable. The views are breathtaking. I would choose this condo/unit over any others, any day. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
