About this property

CUSTOM HOME, WALK TO RESTAURANTS, GROCERY, PARK, PETS&420 OK,COOL NEIGHBORHOOD

This home was customized for myself and where I lived for many years.
The renovation was done with an eye to quality and functionality, with a taste of whimsy and surprise on the side. It is very comfortable.
I like to cook and the kitchen shows.
Books, music, and video: are essential life support. Long term stays of 30 days or more only due to city regulations.
There is a great front deck with private yard and all important in the Northwest; SUNSHINE from SOUTHERN EXPOSURE.
Off street parking.
Great neighborhood where people do walk to the grocery, restaurants, bars, music, chiropractor, yoga, massage, vet. and even a park...that has weekly music concerts in summertime. 8 minute drive to a beach with great sunsets, where dogs can run and cats can run, and even people can run if so inclined.
We are pet friendly but request approval in advance.
We are 420 friendly but would hope only a puff or two is taken inside.
All other smoking outdoors please.
