Loved our stay at the "Adorable West Side Cottage"! It was convenient, and lovely. We enjoyed walking to a nearby bakery(Bread Hive) for morning scones and the neighbors we encountered were so nice! Debbie was so easy to work with and we highly recommend. Thank you Debbie!

Thank you and so happy you enjoyed your stay! You are welcome back anytime!
My mom, nephew and I had an amazing stay here. The host was very welcoming even though we made a last minute reservation. She even put out children books and safety plug covers for us! We loved that it was a stand alone house especially with a little one. It was very comfortable. The parking was amazing for the Westside and we had a great stay. 10/10 would recommend.

Thank you Kathryn. So glad it worked out for you and your family! Happy new year.
It was a very nice stay at the cottage! It was cozy and comfortable and had a lot of convenient ammenities. The host Debbie was very nice and helpful in answering our questions about the area!
Great location with cozy accommodations. Family friendly and centrally located to the Children’s Museum, canal walk, and just 25 minutes from Niagara Falls. Ice cream is just a 4-5 blocks away too! Deb was a lovely and responsive host!
This was a gem! A very quiet, peaceful place to stay. The bungalow was very roomy and equipped with everything we needed. A great location—close to tourist attractions. The host was quick to respond and very helpful! Highly recommend!
This cottage is adorable and very clean. Deborah was very easy to contact but I never really needed to because everything was already great! Would definitely stay here again.
It was a great little place to stay, very quiet. Only thing I had trouble with was the tight off street parking. It took a bit to get used to maneuvering. It was great and the host was wonderful and very understanding when we had a family emergency and had to leave early.
Loved the cottage and location was great! Walking distance to a few great places and easy drive to Canada and downtown Buffalo. Debbie was a great host as well. Would happily stay again for a nice quiet stay.

Me and my boyfriend stay in the location it was very affordable and really nice.It was quite and there was a 7/11 near the cottage ohh and if I had any questions Debby was nice and answered any of the questions thank you for letting me stay
My wife and I stayed here for five days after our wedding. The property was clean. Check-in was simple and easy. Overall, very convenient and comfortable property.
Cottage is cute, well furnished, private and in a great location. It is a bit quirky: with odd floorplan (bathroom separated from bedroom by rest of house) and older uneven floors. We had a nice week there.

The cottage was built in the 1800s and has been modernized but for those who appreciate charm and character, the floors, most woodwork, doors and original layout has been preserved.
We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage. Debbie was very welcoming and quick to remedy a minor issue with the kitchen. The cottage is private and cozy and comfortable. Well stocked with pots and pans - we made Thanksgiving dinner during our stay. We'd love to stay again! Thank you!
The property was lovely, very clean, quiet, and private. The host was considerate and prompt to respond to questions. We would certainly consider this space again in the future.

Thank you Catherine! I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay and our cottage! Come stay with us anytime!
We had a lovely stay at Debbie's place. The location is great and very close to many Buffalo spots and restaurants. The cottage is in the back of another house, which makes it quiet and private. The place is spacious and has a lovely outdoor garden. Debbie was very communicative, welcoming and thoughtful - she even provided us with safety outlet plugs and books for our baby. Would highly recommend this place to any individuals or couples looking for a cozy and quiet spot in Buffalo!

Thank you Esther. So glad our space worked out for you and your family!
Great little cottage tucked into a beautiful historic neighborhood. Walking distance to the Buffalo Armory, Tim Hortons, and the original Anchor Bar (Home of the buffalo wings). It had everything we needed and the owner was very friendly and accommodating. We came to visit Niagara Falls, one day on each side of the border. The only caution is parking is a little tight, so a larger vehicle is probably not a great idea. We drove a Toyota Camry so no issues. It was a fantastic weekend vacation.

Thank you to you and your family for being wonderful guests! Thanks for the parking observation. We’ve since moved the traffic cones to expand the space.
After a long six drive to Buffalo, NY my girlfriend and I was pleasantly relieved to see the beautiful that we will call home for the next couple of days. The home is very spacious, confortable, and well put together. The kitchen is very lovely and the cottage has pretty everything you need to make home cooked meals. It was a very private location and Debbie was always ready to assist if we had any questions and was promt with her responses. We even met her husband and he was very helpful as well. I would recommend Debbie's Cottage to any I know that is planning to Buffalo area and Niagara Falls area.

Thank you Perkens! Glad our cottage worked out for you!
Having grown up in the suburbs of WNY, I never considered staying in the city of Buffalo. But we now live in the Intermountain West, our son was relocating to Buffalo for law school and we wanted a place close to him.
Wow. Not only has Buffalo turned it around, but the cottage we found on VRBO was great! It offered a super relaxing atmosphere, an incredibly quiet neighborhood and within minutes of beautiful Delaware Park. That’s not even mentioning the city’s fare of pizza, wings and ice cream.
We couldn’t have had a better host than Debbie. She was super responsive, easy to communicate with and her cottage provided us everything we needed. Her small garden was also a great place to sit out in during the evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Overall, this was a lovely place to stay. It's easy to find, and check-in/check-out was simple. It's in a beautiful part of town. I would stay here again.
There are two things that kept me from giving a 5-star rating. First, parking was very cramped. Getting in was easy, but getting out takes some fancy footwork. If the little lawn area in front of the cabin was halved, so a car could pull further in, it would make backing up and turning around SO much easier.
Second, the mattress and pillows weren't very comfortable for either myself or my wife. The pillows squish flat instantly, even if you stack them. All soft fluff, with no support. The mattress was soft, but again, not much support to it. So we weren't very well rested during our stay. On one of the nights, I opted to sleep on the couch (just the couch, not the couch bed), and that was more comfortable.
The location is fantastic. There are so many places close by, like restaurants, cafes, Lake Erie, gas and groceries, etc. Downtown is right there. Getting to the Sabres game was so easy. And the place itself has good amenities (especially love the included washer/dryer). As mentioned above, I would happily stay here again given the charm, the ease, and the location.
