SWAR Villa is a brand new 104 m2 (interior) home that overlooks the beautiful beach of Santa Teresa, Costa Rica.
This home offers 2 spacious primary suites; wonderful for family or couples! Each bedroom is completed with their own ensuite bathrooms, extra-large closet and individual accesses to the villa’s living area. SWAR hosts a fully equipped kitchen and includes an outdoor grill -perfect for breathtaking sunset dinners. In addition, the property has a private pool to enjoy, with the infamous Tree House Deck for that extra peak on the spectacular view.
The Villa provides WIFI of up: to 96.56 Download & 109.92 Upload. SWAR is comfortably located in less than a five minute drive to world-class surf beaches and main strip of Santa Teresa. This home is not for kids under 5yr old. Also we do not accept pets.

Great property!!!

Beautiful new home. Very well appointed with excellent bedding, which is a rarity. It had everything we needed. The views were great, too. Would suggest an ATV or 4WD, but we made it in a 2WD. The manager was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend and come back!

Amazing villa!

This was an amazing trip! The villa was very clean and details on decor was thoughtful. The attention of the host and concierge was a new and pleasant experience. Sereen was very attentive and made sure to make our vacation as best as possible. She even had an ATV delivered -which i recommend if you want to get around easily and go on little adventures. Unforgettable experience!! We will certainly be back.
