Paradise Haven-Indoor Pool/Hot Tub/Game Room!

Welcome to “Paradise Haven”! This new construction home has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. 2 king size beds. Enjoy 2 large community pools. The new pool is located just across from the home. The retractable cover is enclosed for the pool to be enjoyed in the winter! There is an additional outdoor pool open during the summer season. Hot Tub located near pool across from home. Both adults and children will be entertained in the game room. This home features all new memory foam mattresses, quality furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, gas grill, flat screen TVs, and central AC. Beach chairs, towels and kids toys are available for use. A washer/dryer is located on the first floor.

This new construction home is located in the Harbor Club Resort which is just a few blocks from Lake Michigan and includes guest access to a community marina and a pool with a clubhouse. The Harbor Club community pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day. Guests can rent boats, golf carts and canoes for an additional fee through a third-party rental office that is located just a few doors down. South Haven allows golf carts on the streets from April 15 - Oct 15th. Bikes are available for guests to use, 2 adult bikes and 2 kid bikes. You'll also be approximately half a mile from the Newcome Street Beach Access on the stunning scenic shores of Lake Michigan. Downtown is just a short 5 minute drive or golf-cart ride away. Easy commute to Saugatuck, Holland and Benton Harbor!

The amenities include fast wireless internet, 4 smart TVs, central air/heat, washer/dryer, gas grill and many other wonderful features. There is plenty of working space with 2 of the 4 bedrooms having desks. Kid friendly with a pack-n-play, highchair and infant tub.

As you walk into the home, you will go up approximately 2 steps to a keyless lock. You enter into the bright and open concept living room with a comfy sectional, 60" smart tv, large round coffee table with pullout tables/stools.

The living room opens into the kitchen and spacious dining room where its wooden dining table comfortably seats 8 guests. The kitchen island can seat up to 3 guests.

There is a full coffee bar station with a Keurig, French press and traditional coffee pot. Everything you need to make your mornings as easy and enjoyable as possible.

Kitchen:

The fully equipped kitchen with fresh white cabinets is stocked with brand-new appliances, a microwave and a blender for your morning smoothies. Enjoy your meals on stunning white bone china dinnerware. A highchair for kids is available along with kids plates, bowls, cups and serving ware. A snow cone machine for fun deserts that everyone can devour with yummy flavors!

Laundry Room:

There is a laundry room on the main floor with a washer/dryer so you can take care of your laundry needs.

Bedrooms:

There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor and 1 bedroom in the basement. All 4 bedrooms come with new beds and memory foam mattresses. There are crisp white sheets and quilts on all beds. There was absolutely no skimping on quality for a great night of sleep!

Bedroom 1: located on the 2nd floor and offers your private Zen getaway, complete with a king-size bed and a trundle daybed with two twin beds. You will also find a desk, ceiling fan, and a 40” Smart TV. There is a pack-n-play available in the large walk-in closet. This master bedroom has a very spacious en suite bathroom with a shower. An infant tub is available in the bathroom closet.

Bedroom 2: located on the 2nd floor has a full size bed and a twin bunk bed with steps, desk and 1 nightstand. There are plenty of children’s toys and books available to keep the little ones busy.

Bedroom 3: located on the 2nd floor is featuring a king bed, two nightstands, ceiling fan and a 40" Smart tv.

As you go into the hallway upstairs, you will find a large bathroom with a shower.

Bedroom 4: located in the basement features 2 Queen beds and 3 nightstands. The basement doesn't have a bathroom. The half bath is located on the main level and 2 full bathrooms are located on the 3rd level.

Basement game room features a comfy Lazy-Boy sofa, 55" smart tv, fun games including basketball and foosball. You will also find several boardgames on the shelf.

Outdoor Area:

The driveway allows for 1 spot and 2 spots in front of the home.

The property has a wood deck with stackable adirondack chairs, gas fire pit and a new Weber gas grill. There is also lots of space for yard games. Have fun with the corn hole game and plenty of kids outdoor toys as well.
