Comstock 06 offers ease of access to Deer Valley and to historic Park City's Main Street restaurants and shopping being just a half mile walk or 1 minute shuttle ride to Main Street from this location.

A log motif coupled with modern western furnishings make Comstock a memorable and unique travel experience, as does the majestic view from the steamy private hot tub on the deck, and is perfectly positioned to make après ski relaxation as epic an experience as the skiing itself.

This multi-level townhome offers the following bedding configuration:

The kitchen is well stocked for vacation groups with lots of storage and multiple kitchen appliances for cooking and entertaining. The living and dining areas are cozy but spacious, with a river rock wood burning fireplace, expansive windows, and tons of natural light.

A propane grill on the deck is perfect for grilling steaks and one parking stall in the underground makes using a car around town easy with coverage from the snow. Guests can save money and just skip the car rental and use the free transit system that offers a stop right outside on Deer Valley Drive.

All three world class Park City ski resorts are conveniently located from Comstock's location and it's the perfect place to stay for Sundance Film Festival, World Cup Ski Jumping, or in summer Deer Valley's summer concert series or historic Main Street Arts Festival among many other activities Park City has to offer.

Excellent!

First rate and beautiful property within walking distance of Deer Valley or short drive to Park City ski areas. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Large TVs throughout. Kitchen has everything needed to prepare and serve meals. Private hot tub was icing on the cake!

Great condo!

Perfect condo for a small group/family. Everything was in great condition and excellent access to Deer Valley. Walk was maybe 5-10 minutes from condo door to ski base. Highly recommend

Great rental

About 10 minute walk to base. Kitchen and commons area very well-equipped. Private hot tub great to have. Beds (king bed and queen bunk beds) and pillows comfortable. If you’re sensitive to light when sleeping the security light outside primary bedroom window is irritating.

Wonderful Stay and Wonderful Locations!

We loved our stay at this condo! The living room comfortably accommodated everyone for movie nights on the new TV. We had all the necessary amenities for meal preparation, and the beds were very comfortable. The large deck and hot tub were also major highlights of our stay. The location is fantastic, with convenient access to the bus stop, making it easy to get downtown. While we visited outside the ski season (Deer Valley is super close - the condo is closer than parking), we look forward to returning this winter. A helpful tip: consider downloading the bus app!
