Just 5 steps to the elevator where you begin your short journey to the many outdoor pools or the Beach. Then it's another 200 steps to the beach or only 80 steps to the fabulous outdoor pools!!

Sea Colony oceanfront unit, with Awesome Ocean Views located on the 12th floor of the prestigious Edgewater building. It enjoys the full indoor and outdoor amenities and conveniences of the Edgewater building and the rest of SeaColony.

The property is very nice. The owners go out of their way to provide helpful information about the resort and activities in the area. The location is great. The kitchen is well stocked. The only negative was a problem with the air conditioner and temperature control - particularly in the first bedroom.

Our stay was more than perfect. Very clean, beautiful views, and very spacious condo. We had 8 people (5 kids, 3 adults) and had plenty of room! The owners were extremely helpful from the beginning of booking to the end of our stay. Answered questions I had very quickly.

Wonderful amenities

My family and I stayed at this property for a week and had a great time. We especially appreciated the cleanliness and the set up of the kitchen in addition to the amenities on site. The owner was very attentive and responsive. We look forward to renting the same property in the future.

Gorgeous View, Beautiful Apartment

This apartment is gorgeous! The views are stunning! I was only unhappy with having to supply our own sheets, towels, and cleaning with such an expensive cost compared to others. The views and amazing location make up for it

For next year, I do want to let you know that the state of Delaware will be implementing a 4.5% tax on vacation rentals, so booking before Jan 1 2025 would avoid this additional charge. Nice, well proportioned unit. Well equiped, ecept does not come with paper product or cleaning suppkies. Bring your own. Owner should install thermal blinds in back bedroom to fend off afternoon sun

Dirty bedrooms, AC problems

When we arrived he condo was hot and we couldn't adjust it. We were told that it was still sent on winter setting and had been adjusted. After a few phone calls, my husband was assured it had been switched to summer setting. As he was typing to the owner, it was set at 72 degrees and while typing he watched it creep up to 74. The bedspread had blood on the corners. The pillows had a white film on the outside pillow sham and when you unzipped the pillows, they were streaked with yellow. The Sea Colony management was amazing. They helped us in every way. Normally when we stay, linens and towels are provided. I missed that they weren't this time. Sea Colony had a cleaning service there in moments with sheets, towels and made the beds. The owners are very nice but didn't check to notice the air conditioning not set and that we were walking into dirty bedspreads and pillows.

First, we would like to clarify that the thermostat in the condo is set based on the expected arrival time of 3:00 PM. Unfortunately, it appears that you arrived earlier than expected without informing us. Regarding the air conditioning, we want to assure you that it was indeed set to the summer setting but again, your early arrival time was the culprit. We are truly sorry to hear about the condition of the bedspread and pillows. The chocolate stain is not up to our usual standards, and we deeply regret any distress it may have caused. We will immediately address this with our cleaning service to ensure such oversights are not repeated in the future. It is unfortunate you did not take advantage of the clean extra bedding we provide in every closet. Beautiful condo, too bad it was not clean.

Great location with wrap around deck with awesome views. Unfortunately, the showers were white with soap scum and not all the beds had the linens that I paid $175 for. I call the office and they said they would send someone right over. An hour later they brought sheets. I asked again for someone to come and clean and was told they were very busy. No one ever came. Since the internet was out for two days also, I called the owner. She got the internet fixed and got me a $200 refund that will be sent by check to me...

Great fall retreat to the sea

Sea Colony is located in a central area of Bethany Beach. Our unit was well cared for, clean, equipped with overall essential of kitchen. The outdoor areas were beautiful. My family enjoyed the easy access to the beach while having both indoor and outdoor swim options. I would recommend Sea Colony to anyone planning a Delaware beach vacation.

Felt very cared for by Very responsive gracious owners....They provided every piece of information we needed. Their unit was clean and well equipped. And more then met our expectations. My only hesitation is that we will have trouble getting in as this unit is already very popular! Sea Colony is a well run family resort. Friendly staff from lifeguards to clean up crew. Our grand kids had a ball. We enjoyed it too. Kidsa did the dodge ball and we did the family movie night. Kids dove for $$$...Freeman Rec. Center had plenty of parking.

This unit is roomy. The bedrooms are spacious enough. The kitchen is very well stocked with plenty of glasses/silverware/dishes/pots/pans. There is even a wet bar area with wine/cocktail glasses. We love the view from the balcony and enjoy sitting out there every night!!! There are certainly enough amenities if you desire them - WiFi, netflix, DVR player. Our only problem this year is some of the bedroom TVs only had a few channels and the rest were audio only. The grandchildren did enjoy the pool activities and of course Bingo! We did eat at the Boathouse Restaurant. Food was ok. Did takeout a couple of times from Bethany Blues Restaurant in town. Not bad. Fun was had by all!! We look forward to returning to this unit in the future.

For many years, we enjoyed the family friendly atmosphere at Sea Colony as renters. After renting for many years, we finally decided to buy with the intent of spending some serious retirement time here.

This is an Ocean Front location in a secure, stable, family friendly resort. This is a quiet resort which is close enough to Ocean City, MD that you can drive there when you want a honky tonk time.
