Great Stay in Florence

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. This home had everything we needed and was in a quiet location with easy access to various stores and restaurants. The hostess was very prompt to answer our questions. We had a great time visiting family and friends, and our stay at this home made it more special. We would stay again when in the area.

Our extended stay in Florence was perfect in this welcoming home. It is very clean and the kitchen provides all the extras for an 'at home' feeling. We especially appreciated the desk and very comfy chair which made working remotely ideal!

The stay was excellent! The house is clean and well-maintained, and all the bedrooms were quite comfortable. It was so nice it almost felt like a hotel suite. The backyard was lovely and fully fenced-in, giving you adequate privacy from neighbors. The check-in process was incredibly easy; the host sent a door code for the weekend and that was it, no messing with lock boxes or keys. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe the entire time and greatly enjoyed my stay.

Cleaning Attention Needed

The living space and accommodations were good. The shower curtains were not replaced/ cleaned and smelled of pet by urine. The floors were dirty. The bathroom floor mats smelled of urine. Left with only one hand towel available.

I cannot describe it. Contact person did not show up. I was told that we would be reimburse for this fiasco. That had me and my family in a hot vehicle with our dog for over 2 hrs. We tried to contact someone, and we ended up in the corporate offices. We were told that lot of malarkey because to date no one has contacted us since the initial contact. I will be contacting the BBB concerning these practices.
