The property is equipped with a Ring camera located outside the front door, Additionally, there is a noise decibel monitoring device in the living area, which measures sound levels and duration without recording audio.
Pet Policy: Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance.

There is an extra one time fee per pet per stay (not included in booking total). The extra cleaning fee per pet is based on the number of nights of your stay: 1-2 nights: $100; 3-6 nights: $150; 7-29 nights: $250; 30+ nights: $300; 59+ nights $300/month. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. If discovered afterwards, this fee doubles.

Business trip for Rental Property

The place is absolutely beautiful. Very clean with new towels provided. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. It’s in a gated community. The owner is extremely friendly and responds quickly. I got towed, at no fault of the owner, it was my own fault, but he was able to get me a number quickly to get my vehicle back. Very friendly owner. I would book this place every time.

2Bed 2Bath Apartment in Amarillo

Property was very clean, and the apartment complex was very well maintained. This listing requires a background check which is not noted on the VRBO listing. Once you have cleared the background check, you have another online process with your photo to verify your identity, then you are supposed to receive check in instructions. This was very confusing and not my favorite condition to deal with at 11:00 at night on my arrival. The property owner did respond to my calls and text, so I figured out how to get onto the property and into the apartment. Parking is difficult to find as most of the parking near the apartment is reserved parking. Also, this apartment is on the second floor. Not a problem for us but could be for others who are not expecting to walk up a flight of stairs. The apartment is minimally furnished, plenty of towels to shower with but kitchen items are minimal. If you plan on cooking during your stay, you will need to survey the property before you shop. I did not do that and ended up having to order online for things instead of cooking. I shopped for groceries ahead of my arrival and planned to cook onsite, so this was a bit disappointing. Not then end of the world but still something that should be considered if you plan to cook anything except an egg and toast. I would recommend this location for those who want a quiet and affordable place to stay in Amarillo who are not planning on spending large amounts of time in the apartment.
