Apartment Stay

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The only issue was the door wouldn't unlock. We had to use a card get the physical door bolt to unlatch.

Renovation escape

Have work done at my home needed to get out the way of contractors. Lexi is a great host thoughtful and easy to communicate with.

Unfortunate circumstances

First, I would love to say that Lexi was great at communicating with us when we arrived as the code to the door was not working for us. After a 3-5 minute phone conversation she was able to rectify the situation. Unfortunately for us, the pool was out of service and that was the main reason for this rental, so we were able to discuss a solution and was happy about that. Rooms are spacious and close to many stores. What we didn’t like was the bad smell from the neighbors (inside the place itself, looked and smelled clean) and there was also a group of men outside in the parking lot enjoying quite a few beers. Overall, if the pool was in working order, it would be a nice place to stay.

When I drove up paste the vacant lot, then turned in and saw the unkept dumpster and other exterior building deficiencies and I turned to my wife and said “I am not sure we are staying here, let’s not take anything out of the car till we go check out the inside”. The inside was excellent and we decided to stay. The United grocery store up the Street was very impressive, but the drive out that side of the property was not at all pleasing. The renovations inside on the first floor of the building we stayed made great progress and when we were there and looked great. Once inside the room it was excellent, great room, quiet, and very nice.
