Sea Glass is a brand new beach front condo with beautiful direct beach access, large pool, grilling area, and covered parking! Unit 308 features all new furnishings and a comfortable outdoor living area on the balcony that overlooks the pool! Kitchen is stocked with everything you need for an amazing stay!!

Living Room: Plush, double stack queen sized blow up mattress stocked with fresh linens!!

LOCATION
Wonderful location on the beach in Gulf Shores! Walk to shopping at Pier 33 or multiple restaurants! Little Lagoon public access is steps away as well!

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance. 

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

The condo was clean, well appointed and the host seemed very responsive. The only reason we could not give it a 5 star was the inability to sit out on the balcony very long because of the noise coming from the pool equipment. You could barely have a conversation

The unit was clean and well stocked with kitchen necessities and towels. The bed was very comfortable. Our unit overlooked a very nice pool. We will definately come back.

Very clean. Tight bedroom, barely any room to get out of bed. Bedroom backed up to elevator and garbage chute. Bathroom fans were extremely loud. Parking space was tight (can't fit large vehicle i.e. large pickup truck) No view of ocean which was disappointing. Would not rebook in the future! This is not based on the property but our personal preferences.

This property was absolutely wonderful. We had great communication with the property manager. This condo was clean, fully equipped with everything that we needed write down to the same coffee mugs that I have at my home. I would strongly recommend this to anybody looking for a condo to rent right on the ocean. When we come back to Gulf Shores, we will definitely look into renting this property again extremely satisfied.

Anniversary getaway

Room was perfect for 2. Would suggest some curtains or shades to close at night. Everyone for 2 levels could see straight in the living and kitchen. If you did not close the hallway door they could see all the way to the restroom.

Entire unit was clean when we arrived. Host was exceptional, showed us the ends and outs of the property and was very friendly. Kitchen and decor was fantastic. Parking was a bit tight for a large vehicle like our truck but we managed. We plan on returning next year and will absolutely recommend the Sea Glass 308 to our friends and family.
