Paki Maui 414 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo located on the fourth floor with wonderful garden views from your lanai and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, bringing natural light into the condo. The condo does have a split air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. The condo can accommodate up to 4 guests with a California King bed in the bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa bed in the living room. The remodeled bathroom is equipped with a bathtub/shower combo. Enjoy preparing meals at home with a fully equipped updated kitchen. Dine al fresco on the lanai with a dining table for 2 and the lush garden surrounding you. A dining table for 4 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows.

Paki Maui features an oceanfront pool, hot tub, BBQ grills with picnic areas, and a coin-operated laundry facility. There are no resort or parking fees at the resort. Paki Maui is a five-story oceanfront resort located on the West side of Maui between Ka'anapali and Kapalua areas. Paki Maui is in the neighborhood of Honokowai with shopping, restaurants, and beach rentals across the street. Within a short drive check out Whaler's Village Shopping Center where you can enjoy many dining options and entertainment. There are golf courses and putting greens available in Kaanapali and Kapalua.

Location is good but the place is a convertible studio so there’s so door to a bedroom. We had 4 people staying at the place so two slept on the bed and the other two slept on the pull out couch. There’s only one AC in the unit and it’s installed in the bedroom so the living room area is a bit warmer. I’d recommend this place if you don’t want to spend too much on hotel and have two people traveling

Aloha, Mahalo for staying with us and for your feedback. I’m sorry the convertible studio layout and single AC made the stay less comfortable for your group. We updated the listing to more clearly state there’s no separate bedroom and that the unit is best suited for two guests. Maintenance also checked the AC, and we’re evaluating options (adjustments and supplemental fans/portable cooling) to improve comfort in the living area for larger groups.
