This home features 2 wings consisting of 2 Full kitchens, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and an incredible loft and balcony. this home can comfortably accommodate a total of 12 people.

The yard is perfect for entertaining- complete with (2) gas fireplaces, (2) Gas BBQ's & incredible view of the Gilbert Water Tower! Enjoy the fireplace and Pool outside as you gather around with friends and family. Parties or events are not allowed.

This is Down Town Gilberts newest addition to the market. This home was just constructed from the ground up.

Televisions-
There are Eight SMART televisions throughout the home including every bedroom. HULU, NETFLIX etc. are accessible with your personal logon information.

Heating Pool Requires 2 days notice at an additional charge of 55.00 per day

Well done reconstruction of an older residence. Plenty of room for our group. Nice that it was within a 10 minute walk of Historic Downtown Gilbert. Private outdoor backyard space with pool and gas fire pit are nice features. We would stay here again.

Rain Getaway

Was a nice stay and it was convenient to downtown Gilbert. Property was clean and there was not a litany of rules to follow like in other properties i have stayed at. Would have liked a room option with a larger bed but the bed sizes are not misrepresented. Outside of that just be prepared for the train that goes by every once in a while (few or more times a day) and the tracks are just outside of the back yard.
