Landmark House is one of only three luxury villa rentals situated directly on the very exclusive Sandy Lane Beach.

Landmark House is one of only three villas situated directly on the exclusive Sandy Lane Beach, the premier location along Barbados’ platinum coast. Set within a tropical garden it is a most striking property.

It stands at the northern end of Sandy Lane Beach, which offers excellent bathing, and commands a view of the entire bay. The house, built mostly of local coral stone, has a large open-plan living area and a separate dining pagoda. To complement the architecture, its furnishings are of the finest quality. There are four luxury air-conditioned suites, three on the ground floor level and one on the first floor, each with its own private bathroom, overlooking the garden and the bay. There are also two additional bedrooms in the cottage.

A unique two-bedroom cottage is located on the property. This attractive cottage has a distinct tree-house feeling, with the living and dining on upstairs patios overlooking the attractively landscaped grounds of the complex. Both double bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and are air-conditioned. There is also an excellent 18-hole golf course at the Sandy Lane Hotel. Landmark is a distinguished property and its popularity is easy to understand.

Dream Getaway

This beachfront property was exactly what we were looking for when returning to Barbados. If you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful vacation with great restaurants nearby then its the place for you. We treated our adult kids to this vacation and they were all in agreement that it was the "best vacation ever". Great Location on Sandy Lane Beach

We feel like we hit the jackpot with this location. It was our first time to Barbados and we absolutley loved it. The beach is really stunning and the Sandy Lane Hotel was literally next door. Be careful though, you cannot get in unless you have a reservation but we called ahead for lunch and dinner and had some amazing meals there. Saying that our chef at landmark was also outstanding. We cannot wait to go back.

WOW - WHAT A LOCATION

We couldn’t believe what an amazing location Landmark has. We were literally just 1 minutes walk from Sandy Lane Hotel and in low tide we were even able to walk all the way to Daphne’s Restaurant. We were also close enough to walk to Holetown for dinner. When we first booked the villa, we were a little concerned about the fact that there was no swimming pool. But the sea was so calm it was like one big swimming pool at our doorstep! We really loved Landmark and also loved the relaxed and laid back feel of the house. We booked with Exceptional Villas and found the whole team especially Julie and Yvonne to be extremely professional.
