This home is privately owned and maintained. We only rent to families or professional adults. You must be over the age of 25 to book this property. We do NOT rent to groups under the age of 25 or chaperoned groups under any circumstances. No house parties or family reunions, occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

We offer 6 night minimum. Longer term rentals welcome.

**PLEASE NOTE: The guest who makes the reservation/the name on the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, and he/she must be in the rental the entire length of the stay. Welcoming Family Vacation

Upon entry to The Tides That Bind was easily accessible. The Home had a welcoming vibe and very clean. It had all the comfort of our own home with a great view! Just a golf cart ride over a block to the Beach. Or you can walk , it is a very short walk. Growing family of 7adults , one friend and one infant the space was very roomy and accommodating. We Would definitely want to be welcomed back!
The home inside and out is very pretty and inviting.
The Decks on the back to the channel was a treat for coffee in the mornings and fishing at night!
The birds give a relaxing vibe.
Little crabs on the lower dock were entertaining :)

Fantastic Channel Home!

Our family has been visiting Cherry Grove for 10+ years and we prefer a home on the channel with room for us to really live for the week. We've rented lots of homes, but this one may be our favorite. Upon entry we found it to be immaculate, the cleaning service is top notch. The home is beautiful with plenty of space and all the amenities you need. Communication with Darin was perfect, he has thought of everything you need to know and has the answers ready for you. Our family will be booking this home again!

Relax on the channel

This home is amazing. We had the best time staying at Tides That Bind and it offered everything we were looking for. House is very clean, neat and love the beach decor. Very quite community with short walk to the beach and nice view of the channel. Darin has thought of every amenity you would need and then some. He is very nice and thoughtful checking to be sure everything was going well. Check in was super easy and you don’t have to try to remember a crazy code for the door. We would like stay again next year.

My parents and siblings get together each summer for vacation. We only see each other once yearly as we are scattered across the US. This home accommodated us in every way. Darin providing beach chairs was a huge plus for us bc we just don't have room to pack and all the little things like dish soap, scrubbers, cling wrap, detergent, tissues and more. The little things go along way. We enjoyed the updated dock and sitting on the deck watching the birds. Beds were a huge plus. Mattresses were firm and comfortable. Although we did not use the bedroom TVs a nice amenity for anyone who just needs quiet time away from the group. Hours were spent at the beach which was a short walk. There has been an update to the interior from the pictures. It is so much brighter and bedding/ room decor added to the beach vibes. Check in was as smooth as arriving to your own personal home and Darin checked in with us prior to arrival and the next day to ensure all was good. We had the absolute best time and made many memories.

Absolutely beautiful property! Two blocks from the beach & an easy walk, which was amazing! Loved fishing off the dock. I wish there were two kayaks or a double seater at least, so it was a more fun activity for the family. The master bed was very, very hard which caused some challenges. There were a few major cleanliness issues. The bath linens were scarce and trying to get enough for just a few days, per person, required haggling with the housekeeper, which was strange and off-putting.Overall this was a fantastic place to stay. We had an incredible family vacation.

it was a beautiful week of weather and able to stay at a home that was a short walk to the beach. the home was clean and the neighborhood was peaceful and mostly quiet. (it was bike week so lots of motorcycles). the home had a lovely deck where you can sit and relax, read a good book or soak up the sun. Darin was a great host. checked in a couple times to see how things were going. Appreciated that. My husband loves to cook so able to prepare some meals at the house as well. We had not been on a vacation in many years, so it was a great home to get away to. thank you for sharing your home with us. it was a special 25th wedding anniversary.
