Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The Cozy Cove features all the amenities of a relaxing home away from home including; quality furniture with a clean stream lined design, WI-FI, a full service kitchen and a wood burning fireplace. Step outside and enjoy a private outdoor oasis complete with an enclosed patio, and seasonal hot tub.
The space
Comfortable Residential. space 15 minutes to downtown Detroit Little Caesars arena Ford field, Areatha
Franklin amphitheater local hospitals, and Wayne State University without getting on any local freeways.

Guest will have full run of the house except for the basement. The basement is currently under construction. There's a driveway to pull in your vehicle and a sun porch and a seasonal hot tub.

Great getaway for our family. Cozy Cove is an accurate name for this home. The owner met us at the driveway when we arrived . Everything was exactly as described when we selected this home as our VRBO. The little touches left at the house were a great suprise, like small snacks, waters, and the extra toiletries in the bathroom. Definitely getting 5 stars from us and we'll be booking again for our next trip to Detroit.

The property was clean and roomy. Our host was very friendly. The 4 star review was because with the heat the upstairs needed ceiling fans. The heat and party next door kept us up most of the night.

Clean property. Coffemaker didnt't work unfortunately. Lot of noise from a house party a few houses dpwn on Saturday. Unusually narrow street to. Navigate with cars parked on both sides. The deiveqay entrance is pretty narrow as well

I make it a point to greet all of my guests when they arrive. I'd like them to know that if they need any assistance I'm right here. It's unfortunate that guess we're here during the time someone had a birthday party That's completely out of my control. As far as the street being narrow on both sides for parking I have a driveway and a backyard that can hold five cars it was no need to try to park on the street because I have a driveway big enough to accommodate. Guess contacted me when they were unable to find the iron. I was unaware there was a problem with the coffee maker so I went to check and the coffee maker is working fine if assistants was needed again I'm next door I would have been more than happy to assist. The guest left the home very neatly I have no problems with them at all I will be happy to rent to them again.

Very clean! Ground floor kitchen, living, and dining rooms were nicely furnished and very comfortable. Bedrooms on second floor were very hot at night, due to heat advisory during our stay. However, rooms were not well ventilated, and only one portable fan was available in the 3 bedrooms. We would recommend ceiling fans be installed in the bedrooms, and an exhaust fan in the upstairs bathroom. Other than difficulty sleeping due to the heat, the vacation rental was lovely and homey. We appreciated the owner, Denise, greeting us upon our arrival. It was comforting that she lived next door if we needed anything.
