This 1 bedroom guesthouse is a perfect stay wether you are looking for a great vacation spot or needing an affordable stay with incredible amenities. This is a 1st floor unit sharing property with a duplex. You will have free parking in the driveway.

There is a beautiful resort like backyard with a LARGE Saltwater heated pool with a baja sun shelf with umbrella and seating. We maintain the pool temp year round at a very comfortable temp, however; we can not guarantee weather conditions in the winter time.

The guest home is completely remodeled open-concept with a fully equipped kitchen & bar.

A Full size washer/dryer is easily accessible within your private unit.

Incredible 1st floor common area with a kitchenette featuring a blackstone griddle and interior seating. There is also a bathroom for easy access off of the pool deck.

Although you will have the whole space to yourself, you may or may not be sharing the outdoor spaces with other parties.

This property is located 2 miles from the beaches of Anna Maria, and less than a block to the bus stop. It is also conveniently near several grocery stores, IMG Academy, a movie theater, bowling alley, putt-putt and regular golf courses, fishing, water sports, local entertainment and more.
