Beautiful Lake House Walking Distance to the Stadium.
This house is located .7 miles from the stadium and its a very easy walk. The lake is right out the back door, with 2 story dock overlooking the lake. The Famous Esso Club is right down the street.
The house has open floor plan with a kitchen, living room, and dining room overlooking the water. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. Downstairs is a second kitchen, living space, two bedrooms, and one bathroom. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa downstairs.
Such an amazing house to host your family, friends, and even corporate guests. Go all out in this once in a lifetime experience!!
Also as an option if you wanted to purchase, are 8 tickets for the Notre Dame game on the 50 yard line. These seats are 4 in 1 row and 4 right behind those, so it makes for sitting together pretty fun.
