Amazing setting in the hills outside Bozeman with a fantastic hiking trail right out the backyard. House was amazing, well appointed, and delivered the experience we wanted.
We spent 3 weeks. It was a wonderful house and ideal location. 15 minutes to town, and hiking/exploring opportunities were all within easy reach. A very peaceful setting.
The home is in a beautiful neighborhood with access to the Tripple tree trailhead which is a great walk to start the day. You can take other trails seven miles to town. The view of the meadow and hills is magical. The master bedroom has a wall of windows with an amazing view to the hills and fields and the night sky. It is a treat to wake up to the beauty of Montana every day. The living area is comfortable and the kitchen is open and can be a focal point for all to gather. We enjoyed the dance studio for morning stretches and warm ups. The deck is also a focal point for meals and daily reflections. The property manager is very helpful and communicative. And helped us when we had any questions. Summers are hot in Bozeman, and this year was exceptionally hot, and we did not realize that the property does not have air conditioning. You can close all the blinds and use the whole house fan which helps a little. We ended up buying a portable air conditioner and it helped a little but we slept outside on several nights to get relief, Which was actually very enjoyable. We would recommend the house and would come back again.
We stayed at Kelly Ann's for 3 weeks both last year and this year. It has beautiful views and is very convenient to everything around Bozeman. A great break from the midwest heat/humidity!
