Mello Yello is a true Ocean-front property with unobstructed ocean views and access via its own private walkway (with outdoor shower). Surfside Beach, often called the "Family Beach" by locals, is a wide (extremely walkable) deep, white-sand paradise. Our home, enviably, sits 1 block from the center of Surfside, where the new pier, and many restaurants, bars and shops reside in easy walking distance. Relax on the ocean-front covered porch enjoying amazing sunrises, or a mid-day cocktail.

Why they chose this property
Our location, only 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach Airport is easy to get to, yet seems a world apart. Surfside Beach is aptly named the "Family Beach" within the Grand Strand area. With wide, white sand beaches, and many restaurants within a 2 block walk of the house, it is easy to relax as soon as you hit the door. The new Surfside Beach pier should open in 2024 adding to the restaurant total and adding a new Ice Cream Parlor and of course a huge fishing pier.
What makes this property unique
Because our home is not just a rental, but a place we stay ourselves , we have taken great pride in refitting and redecorating our home into a fresh Modern Beach house. The entire inside of the home was just repainted, new stainless steel appliances, all new art work, many new furnishings, new lighting, new kitchen utensils and service-ware, and new smart TVs throughout provide comfort and convenience for all who stay at Mello Yello. With 4 large bedrooms and 4 full baths, there is plenty of room to share and make your own memories.
