About this property

Jolly Mon is a beautiful raised ocean view beach house located in the center of Surfside Beach, SC next to Ocean, Pier, and restaurants with easy beach access. Has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with all of the bedrooms having their own en suite bathrooms. Sleeping for 12 (10 adults max as other 2 beds are a child's bunk bed). Has private pool (heating available), and a golf cart provided for guest use. Has all the amenities you need to make this your home away from home. Awesome location that is convenient to the beach, shopping, dining and local attractions. Please look at the pictures and videos, and read the reviews. Home is loaded with many upgrades- granite, tile, stainless appliances, upper end furnishings to name a few. We also provide golf cart, linens, house towels, beach supplies, table tennis, private salt water pool, and many other extras.

Arrival check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout on departure day is at 10:00 AM.
This home requires a weekly 7 day rental of Saturday to Saturday during peak summer season. (ie June- August)

Reservations are created when payment is made on owner approved booking requests. We sometimes get multiple inquiries for same date ranges that we quote multiple people on the same day. A quote does not equal a reservation or dates held until paid and approved.

In order to book our home you must read over the required Rental Agreement we will provide, complete all required information, and return with drivers license verifying your agreement to the stated terms that they are acceptable and will be followed. Please notify us if have any questions on this.

We generally only allow Family rentals with responsible adult over 35 years of age. We do not rent to groups under 35 years of age. Any non family groups, and/ or people bringing motorcycles please contact us prior to requesting to book to get approval to reserve.

Golf cart is legal to ride on streets in Surfside and includes permit to allow free parking at all golf cart parking areas, including golf cart beach access parking throughout Surfside.

If date is booked or need different arrival days we have 4 other beautiful homes available in Surfside During the summer 4 Shrimp and a Crab is Sunday to Sunday and 4 By the Pond, The Happy Heron and The Lazy Loon are Saturday to Saturday. Check them out ar Reaches2Beaches

Beautiful home! Great location!

What a beautiful home with a great location! Love that each of the 4 bedrooms had its own bathroom. Beds were super comfy. Kitchen is fully stocked. Beach is just steps away with peekaboo views of the ocean from the decks. The pool was a welcome retreat and the golf cart was a definite bonus. Yummy restaurants and mandatory vacation ice cream shack are all within walking distance or short golf cart ride. Did I mention the wonderful hosts, Kathy and Steve? What minor issues we had were handled right away. Would highly recommend this amazing home and hope to be back one day.

Couldn’t have been better!

My family just spent a week at Jolly Mon and had a fantastic time. The house was very clean and in great shape for being a vacation rental. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were. The balconies offered beautiful peak a boo views of the ocean. The pool was refreshing and just big enough for all of us to enjoy. There was plenty of lounge chairs in sunny and shaded areas around the pool. We appreciated and enjoyed all the extras that came with the home, such as the golf cart, ping pong table, games and beach chairs. The owners were responsive and checked in on us to be sure the house was as expected with no problems. We highly recommend this home and would consider staying again!

Spent the week at Jolly Mon with my entire family. This house has all the amenities needed for a great week at the beach. The house is furnished really nicely, the beds are very comfortable, the pool area is a nice place to get away from the beach for a cool down. If you are considering a fly in beach week this house has everything you need!
