Premier home @ Ocean, Beach, Pier& Dining,Heated Pool, Golf Cart, Many Extras!
Jolly Mon is a beautiful raised ocean view beach house located in the center of Surfside Beach, SC next to Ocean, Pier, and restaurants with easy beach access. Has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with all of the bedrooms having their own en suite bathrooms. Can sleep up to 12 total people max (up to 10 adults max and 4 kids max) , Has private pool (heating available), and a golf cart provided for guest use. Has all the amenities you need to make this your home away from home. Awesome location that is convenient to the beach, shopping, dining and local attractions. Home is loaded with many upgrades- granite, tile, stainless appliances, upper end furnishings to name a few. We also provide golf cart, linens, house towels, beach supplies, table tennis, private salt water pool, and many other extras.
Heated private Salt Water Pool (18' x 14' & 3' to 5' Deep) - Professionally Maintained,
Arrival check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout on departure day is at 10:00 AM.
This home requires a weekly 7 day rental of Saturday to Saturday during peak summer season. (ie June- August)
When make booking request to us, we will email for some addiitional guest information of which we require repies to us at time of request, Reservations are created when payment is made on owner approved booking requests. We sometimes get multiple inquiries for same date ranges that we quote multiple people on the same day. A quote does not equal a reservation or dates held until paid and approved.
In order to book our home you must read over the required Rental Agreement we will provide after acceptance, complete all required information, and return with drivers license verifying your agreement to the stated terms that they are acceptable and will be followed. Please notify us if have any questions on this.
We generally only allow Family rentals with responsible adult over 35 years of age. We do not rent to individuals under 25 years of age. Any non family groups, and/ or people bringing motorcycles please contact us prior to requesting to book to get approval to reserve.
Golf cart is legal to ride on streets in Surfside and includes permit to allow free parking at all golf cart parking areas, including golf cart beach access parking throughout Surfside.

We are a family of 5 who love our homes in Surfside Beach SC, “The Family Beach”. Throughout the years we vacationed at many different places along the coast of North and South Carolina. When we stayed at Surfside Beach, we knew this was the place we wanted to purchase a home at. It has so much more to offer than the other coastal areas we visited previously- it is a small family-oriented town only 2 miles long, that is clean, safe, and close to all the activities of the Myrtle Beach Grand Strand, and is golf cart and pedestrian friendly so you can leave the car parked and just enjoy family time.
When we were younger, we stayed at many places, but they always seemed to let us down- issues with cleanliness, location, amenities, etc. We decided if we were ever fortunate enough to own a beach home that we, or people who visited our home, would never experience these issues. We offer everything possible at our homes. We handle all rentals on our own, being most rental companies are concerned with profit above guest satisfaction. We do everything possible to ensure a 5 star stay for our guests who often become friends over the years, and even have a local contact, who is a friend of ours, to help handle any unforeseen issues that one may incur during their stay.
We try to make sure our homes have everything that you would have at your personal home like a well-stocked kitchen and laundry, plus nice amenities while on vacation like private pools, hammocks, linens and house towels, beach toys and chairs, ping pong, and some of the homes also have elevators, and included golf carts. On top of all of that our places are clean, and none of them are very far from the beach, or shopping, restaurants, and attractions.
