Amazing location! Right across the street is Coligney plaza. And you head downstairs and it’s a short walk to the beach and 2 pools! When we arrived, the code didn’t work but the host was extremely quick to message us back with a different code. 10/10 experience and we’ll definitely be back!

Perfect location right at the beach, across the street from the shopping plaza with restaurants and even grocery store. The apartment was nice and clean, quite and cozy. We’ll be back again. Thank you for a great experience!

Excellent Stay

Excellent communication with all the info needed in 1 place. We were able to park under the condos and leave our beach gear in the back of the vehicle with easy access to grab it on our short walk to the beach. Great location in relation to restaurants, shopping, kids play areas and more! We didn't move our vehicle one time the entire stay, we walked and biked everywhere! Will most definitely so back and stay again!

Could not have been more pleased. Condo was amazing - so large and exceptionally clean. Location is perfect for a beach lover! Pool BarJim’’s is an added plus. Host was very kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend. Hope to return in the spring.

Unfortunately this is not true or accurate. This renter auto booked 5/8 before asking any questions on 5/10 after checkin instructions were provided. The renter then asked their first question in this process "if the balcony is beachside or not" I replied that the balcony faces towards the ocean which it does. This was the only discussion about the view or location of the unit.

This property is fantastic to stay at. It is across from Coligny Plaza so there is easy access to food and the grocery. Park and you don’t have to drive until you go home if you don’t want to. Very clean and check in is extremely easy. Just don’t be like me and not read the whole email after you book. Instructions were there. Steps from two awesome pools and the beach. I can’t say enough about this place. We’ve stayed in another unit also owned by the same person a few years ago. There is nothing better than those units. We’ve stayed at a few other properties over the years but Seacrest in by far the best for the money, location, amenities and cleanliness. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property

Master bathroom filthy wasn’t even cleaned and all the cleaning supplies left onsite upon opening the door also all dirty towels/beddding on the floor when we arrived!!

Condo was great but property was disappointing

The condo was as described with just a couple things that need to be fixed. Communication with the owner was 10/10. He was quick to respond and answered all my questions. The major disappoitnment was the grounds area around the condo. The little water pond areas were all drained and everything looked terrible. I would liked to have known that everything was going to look so run down. Also the indoor pool is not as expected. It is the size of a small hot tub. Not sure why they intalled such a tiny pool. Its crazy small. Overall the condo was nice and the location was great with plenty of things to walk to. Hopefully they can get the grounds looking better becuase it was so run down looking when we came. Obviously the owner of the condo doesn't have any control over this aspect.

The grounds are extremely well maintained but the ponds were being redone and during this stay they were drained. Exterior projects that are organized and maintained by the HOA are out of the control of the owners at Seacrest. They had hoped to complete their pond project by March but experienced some delays. The indoor pool is a lap pool and is adjacent to the hot tub.
