It brought a smile to my face the minute I opened the door to the adorable cottage retreat. It Has everything you need for a perfect stay. Would definitely recommend.
I booked this property to stay close to BSP - and it was perfect! Easy to get to the park from the location - really clean and quiet place to stay... easy to walk to town to get something to eat. Really checked all the boxes needed for a good stay!
Very cozy little getaway for our hiking trip. The space was immaculate, warm, and very much felt like home. Owner was extremely friendly with great communication. We will happily stay again!

This apartment was a perfect retreat after a busy day. All needs were thought of for guests. It was very clean, comfortable and relaxing. I highly recommend this property.
We stayed here for two nights while hiking Katahdin. The proximity to Baxter State Park is what drew us in, and the thoughtfulness of the host as well as the cleanliness of the place made for a wonderful stay. We’re hoping to return and stay here again next year.
Stayed here to hike in Baxter State Park. Comfortable and clean stay. Excellent jumping off point into adventures in Baxter. Becky was very a great host and very hospitable, cooking us meals and whatever else we would need. Can’t wait to go back.
It was a perfectly cozy getaway to stay at while hiking Katahdin! There was everything one would need and a super comfortable bed! There was even room in the driveway for me to dry out my tent and items that got soaked the night before 🙂
Had a great stay at the Mount Katahdin Getaway. Very cute and clean space. It had everything we could have needed, and a few fun surprises we didn’t expect, like brownies!
We stayed 2 nights here to have us close to Baxter state park for hiking Katahdin. Elizabeth was very kind, delivering us cup cakes for a treat after a long day of hiking. The apartment had everything we needed. Would stay here again for our next Katahdin adventure.
A very clean and cozy place to stay in the area. Having a little kitchen area is so wonderful, basic necessities provided to make your own meals. Pleasantly surprised with all the amenities to make our trip super comfortable. The host was very kind, tentative and responsive to questions regarding stay. Highly recommend and will be using again for future trips.
The accommodations were great for 1 to 2 people. The shower was a little small for my liking. Elizabeth was wonderful and provided snacks upon my arrival as well as during my stay.

We stayed at Elizabeth's apartment as a home base to hike Katahdin. The apartment was perfect for what we needed; was very clean and comfortable, and a short drive to the trailhead.
Elizabeth was lovely to deal with, too! We will absolutely be back.
Our stay here was great! My partner and I stayed with our dog. Elizabeth was super friendly and kindly brought us some brownies and ice cream our first night. This spot was great to get to some of the local food places or cook there. It was also convenient to get to Baxter State Park.
