My name is Tyler, my wife Kim and I work and live in Wisconsin. We love coming to the Orlando area spending time with our two daughters at the attractions and just sitting by the pool relaxing. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do!
We are available either directly via phone or email or through our property manager. Our manager lives a block away and is available if needed.

We chose this home because we love the area & the Calabay Parc community in Davenport, FL due to its beautiful and safe neighborhood along with its close proximity to Disney World & all the theme parks as well as great golf courses. Tons of restaurants 10 minutes away in Champions Gate & the HWY 192 Corridor.

The villa boasts a covered lanai with a private pool and spa, (heating for an extra charge), with ample outdoor seating. So you can relax and unwind after a long day at the theme parks, golf courses or shopping. Large comfortable family room with 55” 4K Smart TV and Bluetooth sound bar for streaming music.
Newly remodeled kitchen with Quartz countertops, is fully stocked with appliances, pots pans, dinnerware, etc.

This is a self-catering property but we do offer a good starter pack of amenities such as coffee, soap, shampoo and conditioner as well as some laundry and dishwasher detergent.
