If you look for a great view: you'll get it as the property backs to a conservation area. It can accommodate up to 10 guests with its 5 comfortable bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. You plan on going to the parks? This is the perfect place. You plan on staying at the villa and enjoy your well-deserved rest? You won't get bored: The villa has a private pool and a spa, and a game room. Last but not least, the kitchen is well-equipped and will help you build a lot of memories with your family and friends.**NOT included in our rental prices : Pool and spa heating*** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.

We’re thrilled to host you at one of our beautiful vacation homes! To ensure your stay is as smooth, safe, and enjoyable as possible, we’ve outlined a few important guidelines below. These rules are designed to protect your comfort and the quality of your experience.

What to Expect Before Check-in:
After booking, you’ll receive a quick registration form to complete digitally.
We’ll ask for a photo of your ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify your reservation.
We also require a photo of the card used for the booking and a selfie holding the card. This step helps us verify the card and ensure all details match the reservation.
A digital door code will be provided after verification is complete.
At least one guest must be 21 years or older and present during the stay.

Important House Rules:
No smoking and no pets are allowed inside any of our properties.
The home is for vacation use only — it cannot be used as a permanent residence.
Maintenance or pest control visits may be scheduled during your stay; our team has the right to access the property if needed.

Security Deposit:
A security deposit will be pre-authorized on your credit card:
$500 for stays up to 28 nights.
$1000 for stays of 29 nights or more.
The security deposit will be refunded after check-out, once our cleaning and inspection team confirms there are no issues reported.
Please allow 7–14 days for the refund to process, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Pool Heating (Optional):
Pool heating is available upon request for $35 + tax per day (7-day minimum).
For same-week requests, a $50 service activation fee applies.
Heating is available from 8 AM to 8 PM, and temperature may vary based on weather conditions.

Cancellation Policy:
By VRBO, you agree to the cancellation policy as listed on your booking site.
A 5% processing fee applies to all cancellations
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added peace of mind.
