Turtley Awesome - Heated Spa - Themed Bedrooms - BBQ Grill

Our family owned vacation home includes an open plan living space with plenty of seating for all while watching our 65” 4K TV together, high speed internet and Wi-Fi access.

We understand how important it is that our home is kept in top condition, and to keep our home stocked with the necessities for you to feel like you`re at home.

Villa layout details: well equipped modern kitchen. The dining room shares space with the living room and kitchen, making it an awesome common area.

There are 5 bedrooms: 1st floor Master bedroom with a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom.
Upstairs; 2nd Master has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. Space bedroom has a king size bed. Both children`s, Mickey Mouse and Princess bedrooms have twins size beds. 1 full bathroom with a single washbasin upstairs and one half bathroom downstairs.

You and your family can enjoy some competitive fun in our games room, playing our Nintendo Switch, darts, basketball and Mrs. Pac Man arcade games. Or take the competition out to the pool area and play some connect 4 in between relaxing in the heated spa or soaking up some of that Florida sun!

We only allow two cars in front of our property as there are parking spaces for 2. Additional parking should you require it can be found in front of the clubhouse.
Our quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.

Our support team is always on hand for guests. We provide excellent customer service ensuring that you are our priority. We carry out maintenance and repairs conscientiously and diligently ensuring repair work is resolved as quickly as possible and we keep everyone informed of the progress.
Please keep doors and windows closed to help keep our home cool and bug-free.

There is parking for 2 vehicles outside our home additional vehicles will need to be parked in the additional parking spaces in front of the clubhouse, which is a short 5-minute walk from our home.

The communication with the owners is great. Clean and comfortable. Well equipped with what you need for a vacation home. Lots of linens, kitchen utensils ect… Very comfortable all around !

Beautiful. Great stay!!

This property is beautiful. A lot of space for big family stay. The pool was a big plus. It kept us cool in that 95 degree weather. The owners were very nice and answer our questions in timely manner. It is just about 15 to 20 minutes from Magic kingdom depending on the traffic. Walmart and Publix are 10 to 15 minutes away. If you want a spacious beautiful place to stay I recommend this property.

32 Nights for Summer

We stayed here for 32 nights. The property was as described. The owners were directly involved with caring for the property on a daily basis. The neighborhood is quiet compared to other places nearby. We enjoyed our stay. Had no issues during that lengthy stay that were not addressed immediately. This is a above average rental in the Central Florida area. We have stayed at 12+ different properties over the last few years.

April 2024 Stay

We stayed at this property for a week in April. The property is joined with another house via the garage. Our party consisted of 5 adults and one child, so all the beds were used. Unfortunately, we did not find any of the beds to be comfortable; the king bed on the main floor is sunken in and slumping over. There is definitely wear and tear and the property could have been cleaned better. The TV’s were hung up to the ceiling, so they are not comfortable for viewing. Most of the furniture is older; it appears they have done some cosmetic updates which are starting to show (I.e. backsplash peeling etc). There is a water temp issue on the second level - no cold water in hall bathroom. Pool spa was nice. Deck is small but there sufficient seating. Landscaping services were noisy during the week, so something to be aware of if you like to sleep in. Blinds are cheap and let in lots of light, so bring an eye cover if you need a darker room for sleeping. Unfortunately we discovered black mold in the a/c (second level) on our last day and reported it to the hosts. We noticed black mold on the vents as well, which is concerning given that we were breathing in mold all week. Unfortunately, this issue has not been resolved, and the hosts have referred us to deal with VRBO and have refused to issue a partial refund. If I have the option, I will attach pics.

We're so sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay and that you didn't voice your concern's until 2 hours prior to your departure when demanding a 50% refund for your stay! Instead of on any of the numerous occasions we checked in with you. We already provided yourself and VRBO the evidence that your allegations are unfounded including the report that the home and the air quality are safe. We do sincerely hope you will be back in the area and find your dream place.
