1. Unauthorized late check out fee: $100 2. The person who booked the stay must be present during the entire stay.
3. Trash is picked up 2x/week, Tues/Fri. Cans are pulled to the curb by a neighbor.
4. PLEASE PICK UP ALL DOG POOP - bags provided in backyard, if needed. 5. DO NOT dye your hair during your stay or use spray tan in the house.

We absolutely loved our stay and only wish we could have stayed longer! The home was very clean, spacious, well-stocked, and perfect for our small four-legged family member. The location was great—very close to the beach and just around the corner from the golf cart rental company we used. The host was wonderful with communication, and the check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. We would definitely recommend this home and would love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Azure Oasis! Super clean with everything you could possibly need. Our host was super helpful with anything that we needed. Very nice quiet neighborhood that is conveniently located to shops, restaurants and a short drive to the beach. Highly recommend this property!

This place is wonderful. It’s clean, spacious, comfortable and has lots of thoughtful details such as a morning coffee nook, bags in the yard for any potential pet waste. The master bedroom and bathroom are spacious and have plenty of nice, thick towels and comfortable bedding. There are appliances and things for cooking to make your stay convenient and easy. The host is super easy to commune with and gives clear and easy instructions. Check in and check out was a breeze. There is parking right in front of the house and reliable internet. The living room is spacious and has a large tv and dining area. There is also a patio with outdoor seating and dining. The area is quiet and neighborhood is good. Located close to shopping and the beaches. This is a premium property and we loved staying here. Oh and the house smells great!

My husband and I have been living on the Emerald Coast for almost 10 years now and have been hosting for 5 years (on other platforms). We love living where others vacation - on the Emerald Coast! It's a unique place to live and we love that we get to share it with others.

Why they chose this property

We loved living in this neighborhood due to the close proximity to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, our work locations at the time, and between the Bay and the Gulf. It's a short distance to the beach but also in a very family-oriented neighborhood, which we loved. We felt safe walking our dog or riding bicycles - and we could even ride our bikes to the beach!

What makes this property unique

The renovations we did make it feel very beachy but also homey. Having a fully-stocked kitchen when you're on vacation is also the best thing because you don't have to go buy a wine bottle opener, or you can throw dinner in the crockpot to come back to later in the day. We want you to have that home-away-from-home feeling when you stay at our rentals.
