There were some minor cleanliness issues. The listing also stated there was a hot tub on site but no hot tub was found. The price is great and I would stay here again.

This apartment is located in a nice area in South Lakeland in a residential neighborhood. Close to grocery stores, Walmart, Lakeside Village Mall, and numerous restaurants. The downtown area is very close and has more restaurants and shopping. On Saturday's the Farmers Market won't disappoint. Close to Lake Hollingsworth, Lake Morton, Lake Mirror, and Florida Southern College. This was our 5th time staying her in the last year. It's our first choice when visiting family in Lakeland if it's available. The hosts have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable.
