We are locals from Salt Lake City and love to show guests why Utah's beautiful mountains have the "greatest snow on Earth!" We are family owned hosts and appreciate your business.
Why they chose this property
We love to ski and mountain bike and always wanted a place in Park City to enjoy year-round. We choose this Prospector neighborhood as it is well established, tucked away from the busy downtown area but only a 5-minute drive away. The house has glorious mountain views. The quiet cul-de-sac has very kind neighbors.
What makes this property unique
We own both sides of the Monarch duplex and you may be able to rent both sides to accommodate your group. The yard is fenced for privacy or can be opened up for larger family groups. The Monarch is close to everything but quieter than the busy downtown area. We'd love to host you.
