About this property

Golfing Paradise - Coveted 3/2 Corner Unit!

Brand new luxurious corner 3/2 condo at the National in Ave Maria with direct access to an 18-hole golf course featuring lake and sunset views. Enjoy pickleball, biking, and walking trails. Tennis courts, two pools, restaurants, gym, and many more amenities will soon be finished. Ave Maria has restaurants, shoppes, a water park and a modern supermarket.
Key features include a king-size bed, full bed, two double beds, a 65-inch HDTV, a working area with printer and office supplies and a plush leather couch. Please note that most of the new furniture will arrive later this month, before the rental period. All 3 rooms will be fully furnished with complete bedroom sets. The master bathroom includes a shower, while the secondary one has a bathtub. This 3-bedroom unit comfortably accommodates 6 people. The National is a gated and guarded community. 1 designated covered parking spot in addition to free guest parking. Free private guided boat ride and tour with booking if out of town.

HOA MEMBERSHIP TRANSFER PROCESS
$250 membership transfer and golf fee must be paid directly to the HOA (Only $150 if no golf).
