The fabulous space features a king bed in one room and two full beds in the other, perfect for families or friends. The master bedroom includes a TV, king size bed, two closets, and ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom includes an easy step in shower, linen closet, and large counter space. Meanwhile the guest bathroom includes both a bathtub and shower as well as the access to in unit washer and dryer. The guest bedroom has 2 full beds perfect for visiting friends or grandkids. You will have the opportunity to cool off from the beautiful Florida sunshine in the satellite pool next to the property, or take a 10 minute walk to enjoy the resort-style pool with a snack bar. A fitness room is available for those who want to keep up with their workouts. This wonderful condo blends comfort and style, making it an ideal spot for your next getaway. During your stay enjoy pickleball, tennis, golf, sunbathing by the pool, and much more.

Please note this listing is available for long-term rentals only with a minimum of 28 day stay. There's the optional $150 fee to transfer the golf membership. There is a required one time fee of $20 per person to access the amenities.
