Enjoy year-round adventure at this new construction (2022) standalone home tucked within the peaceful Sanctuary neighborhood. Parking, ski storage, decks and more with wilderness views, epic sunsets, & private hot tub. Walking distance to Sawmill run & lift access, Soaring Eagle Lodge & Top of the World, but conveniently removed from the commotion of the village, offering ultimate tranquility for your stay. Immediate access from front door to hiking/biking trails, a walk onto advanced slopes.

2 bedrooms upstairs both with KING beds and a flex downstairs room allows fun for groups of all ages. We are ideally located below Soaring Eagle Lodge and Top of the World, near Sawmill run and Soaring Eagle lift in the quiet Sanctuary neighborhood

We are available 24/7 for guests, though we reside elsewhere

We are ON Snowshoe mountain, in the Sanctuary neighborhood

Short walk to slopes/lift access, or a free shuttle pickup will bring you to top of the world. There is also free parking both onsite at the house and at central location (Top of the World) for lift access. Ride bikes from the house straight onto the trails!

**EV DRIVERS: a NEMA 14-50-compatible charger is required (NOT INCLUDED) for using the home`s private 220v outlet at driveway.

*This is a VERY new construction with a small number of functional and decorative items still in progress. Furnishings, paint etc may not be entirely finished to final level detail at time of rental.
No indoor bike or ski/board storage. Access to private, secure outdoor storage is provided.

Place was absolutely amazing. Pretty much home away from home.

The house if fully updated, equipped with everything you need to cook, beds are extremely comfortable, and the best part is the private hottie after a long day on the moutain.

Cerulean House was a great place to stay while we visited Cass Scenic Railroad and Greenbank Observatory. Comfortable beds, plenty of room, plus every supply we could possibly think of! Erin is an excellent host; she responded to any questions or comments quickly. She even gave us a heads up about an upcoming festival on the mountain so we could plan accordingly.

This is a beautiful and thoughtfully designed property! We loved our stay. Our family was very comfortable. I have never stayed at a better stocked rental - the gracious hosts have thought of everything! The hot tub was a big hit. Fantastic location!

Great house!

Great house in the Snowshoe Resort! Conveniently located and can walk to bus stops in the resort to catch the shuttle. Such a cute, modern, clean interior as well. We loved the vibes and decorations. One thing to note about this house is that it goes above and beyond with being well stocked with everything you need! Not all vacay rental properties do that and it was greatly appreciated. Host was kind and responsive! Overall, loved this home and would stay here again!

Fantastic Fall Retreat

We had a fantastic fall weekend stay at this cozy home. The house was clean, well stocked and a great location, perfect for our weekend activities of Cass Railway, hiking and family meals. The sunsets and stars were breathtaking from the top of the mountain. We even got to see the comet in the twilight sky. The owners were tremendous communicators, thoughtful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again for any season. Thanks again!

Excellent stay at snowshoe

We had an excellent stay at the property. Almost brand new, well stocked, and very clean. The hosts were very communicative and proactive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the hot tub. Will highly recommend this property. Only thing to note is that the WiFi password should be more prominently displayed since there is no cell coverage in the area. While it was sent via pdf, I forgot to download it in advance and had no way to get it unless I drove out to someone will cell/wifi coverage. Again the hosts were super responsive and sent me the code as soon as I was able to get in touch with them.
