About this property

Misty Lane Beach House, is centrally located south of Rt. 28 and just a ten minute walk to the best of South Yarmouth’s Beaches- South Middle, Smugglers & Parker. Our modern home is situated at the end of a beautiful and quiet dead end street. This is the perfect home for you and your family to spend a week walking to the beach, cooking out in the backyard and exploring Cape Cod.

Home was completely renovated in 2023, so everything is brand new. Four new mini-split units for personalized AC/heat, all new stainless steel appliances, kitchen cabinets, new bathroom, new washer/dryer, electric, painting plumbing, etc! Unfortunately, this is a pet free home. We love animals but please leave your pets at home.

My partner and I live and work full time in NYC but try to spend as much time as possible at our other homes in Cape Cod and Miami Beach. We love to be by the ocean and to spend time with family. Our homes are as much for us as they are for our guests which makes them, in our opinion, a step above most short term rentals.

Why they chose this property

Quiet, quintessentially Cape Cod neighborhood (think: hygrangeas, the smell of ocean mist, clapboard cedar sided houses, families walking to the beach) in South Yarmouth. Walking distance to the beach, mini-golf, ice cream, local resturants and more. Also a perfect mid-way point to enjoy the National Seashore and Provincetown. Only a fifteen minute drive to the Hyannis ferry to Martha's Vineyard.

What makes this property unique

We think Misty Lane Beach House is the perfect summer getaway. We designed and renovated this home with both ourselves and our guests in mind. It's clean and modern but also cozy and bright. The area and our home are extremely special and we look forward to sharing that with you.
