When hunger strikes, the kitchen boasts a center island, ample meal prep space, and a coffee station. Dine together inside at the quaint dining table, or eat al fresco on the private deck - equipped with a gas grill for at-home barbecues!

Come evening, the peaceful and cozy bedrooms offer a good night's rest for amazing days ahead! Partial air-conditioning and free WiFi round out your home's essentials.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The living room futons serve as sofas and do not open to beds.
One door leads to the entry of the room with the twin trundle and room with bunk beds. A door for privacy separates these adjoining rooms.
Improvements by May 2024 include a new back patio off the bedrooms with bunk beds and the twin trundle bed.
Maximum occupancy is per town permit.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
