Spacious and well stocked

The house and property were very spacious with a lot of room to play inside and out. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need with two grills outside if you plan to stay in for meals. Quick walk to the private beach and 5-10 minute drive to grocery stores and restaurants.

Family/friends trip

Everything was exactly as described. Our group of 2 families ( 2 adults and 2 kids each) had a wonderful time and would love to come back! The home was very well-stocked and maintained. The owners thought of everything needed to make your stay stress-free! From Beach toys and chairs, to yard games and a well-stocked kitchen!

Modern upgrades meet Cape Cod Charm

Lovely renovated rental, well-equipped with thoughtful amenities for summer travelers, including beach towels & chairs, cooler, portable speaker. Kitchen bright and airy. Filtered tap water, fridge with ice maker, awesome backyard & outdoor shower. Highlights were watching the variety of wild bunnies, mornjng coffee in the sun porch, and sundowners in the aderoindak chairs. Will def book again…

Beautiful holiday in West Yarmouth

We have spent 1 week in this wonderful property in West Yarmouth. It is a newly renovated house, with many charming details. The location is stunning- in the middle of nature, calm and relaxing and still everything you need is reachable within minutes. The communication with the owner was easy, Yana responded quickly to all questions we had. We would love to return and can highly recommend this property.

Cute house with lots of thought put into the details

Yana was lovely and communicated perfectly. The house is well decorated and we were greeted with a nice bottle of rosé. The shed had all the beach gear/toys you need. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and outdoors had a nice grill and a fancy smoker I didn't try to use. Neighborhood had several other families renting, so all the kids could play. This is a more residential neighborhood, so you cant walk to much, but that also meant it was quieter and peaceful.

This property is the full package. With in minutes from the beach and total privacy in your own oasis in the middle of cape cod, surrounded by greenery, birds and fresh air. Yet within 10 minutes drive from Hyannis center with all the shops and restaurants one could ask for. Bike to the local ice cream shop, or go kayaking on Bass River. Pirate Cove mini golf is 10 minute drive from the house. Absolutely central location with all one could ask for in a quintessential cape cod get away.
