Voted a Tropical paradise, feels like your perched in a tree house.
Wake to the sea birds in the trees on the largest and most tropical lot in Anna Maria, just 7-9 minutes walk to the Most beautiful beach on Anna Maria.

"Bean Point" Beach. Walk for miles from the bay side to the gulf beaches and restaurants.

Just minutes walk to Anna Maria Pier and the Rod & Reel Pier serving fresh fish, beer wine and fishing with all equipment and bait provided.
Just steps to historic Pine Ave. for quaint shops, restaurants, bike, kayak, and small motor vehicle rentals.
Beach gear is provided, however sometimes guests leave items out or at beach....
If shade and large beach blanket is important to you, you will want to bring your own. Small pets have a fenced yard to explore. Sprinklers do come on during the week early in the morning for a couple hours.
There is a laundry room in my Separate mother in law quarters downstairs for guests staying more than 3 days.

** I live in Georgia but there are times that I stay in my "separate" quarters downstairs, It is a separate entrance and air system. If this is an issue, please let me know at the time of your request as I am always able to visit my family during your stay.
WATER ACCESS dock at the main canal that goes out at the Anna Maria pier … launch your rental kayak, paddle board and park a jet ski or small boat overnight with prearranged permission . Outdoor fire bundle for outdoor fire is $ 10 listed under administrative fee.

Wonderful---

We absolutely loved staying here. The location is perfect. It was quiet, yet close to a lot of activity. The house was very clean and had all the amenities that we could need. Kim did a great job communicating and suggesting activities. We can't say enough about the open porch overlooking the yard. Sitting out there with a morning coffee or evening drink became our go to activity. If you are looking for a natural Florida oasis, this is it.

Great Stay

The house felt tucked away and private. The banyon tree is beautiful. We were able to walk to restaurants, shops and beaches. Was just what we were looking for.

Perfect Birthday/Holiday Getaway

My family (6 adults) stayed here for 5 nights over the Christmas holiday. The spacious kitchen & large island that overlooks the living room was so perfect for gatherings. The porch was lovely for unwinding, grilling, reading, drinking coffee or tea, or listening to the island birds sing their beautiful songs. Beds were comfy, rooms spacious, strong water pressure with enough hot water for 6 of us. Great location for shopping or eating on Pine Street, early morning joe on the City Pier, or walking across the island to the Gulf. Our dogs absolutely LOVED the large, fenced yard. We had SO MUCH FUN at this perfect beach house which we affectionately called “ours”. It was love at first site the moment we walked in the door. I could easily live out the remainder of my years in this beautiful, happy place. We would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Quiet, Relaxing, Private Cottage on AMI

A midweek respite under large banyon trees. The cottage was clean, comfortable and well appointed with all needed items. We utilized the beach chairs to watch a beautiful sunset on Bean Beach a brief walk away. Our sleep was restful and refreshing. Delicious homemade donuts and coffee just down the block. Check out Hurricane Jacks for dinner. The cottage is central to both the Gulf and Tampa Bay. We rented a golf cart for island travel - very convenient.
