• Pool Service: Thursday between 1–4pm (please keep lanai door open).
• Lawn Care: Saturday (please leave fence gate unlocked).
• Pool Heating: Set to 85° year-round. Temps may vary in cooler weather. No safety fence around pool.
• BBQ Grill: Propane tank provided; refills at guest expense (Home Depot just 3 minutes away).
• Quiet Hours: 10pm–7am per Cape Coral regulations. $500 city fine applies if violated. Please be mindful of neighbors.
• Parking: Driveway only. No grass, sidewalk, or neighbor property parking allowed.
• Supplies: Starter set of essentials provided (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc.). Longer stays may require restocking.
• Parties & Events: Not permitted. $400 fee applies if event/party supplies are left behind.
• Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: May be available for an additional fee.

Kindly gather used towels in one place (bathroom or laundry area) so our cleaning team can collect them easily
Please load any used dishes into the dishwasher, turn off the lights, lock all the doors (except the fence door and lanai doors for pool and lawn care purposes), and switch off any electric devices.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All trash must be put in the trash bin and recycle bin. Turn off all electricity
QUITE TIME: As town regulation is 10pm-7am PARKING: ONLY allowed to park on vacation premise NO PARTY/EVENT over 10 ppl in the house

Great beautiful house! We loved our stay. Pool was amazing, the kids spent a lot of time in there. We easily went to many things in the area. Two groceries stores and target very close. Lovers key beach was our favorite beach.

Golf vacation with friends

The home was true to the pictures online. Very nice property and we were given permission to check-in early due to our travel arrangements. One disappointment was, when we inquired about using the gas grill we were told that we would need to get gas for the grill ourselves or arrange to have a tank delivered at a cost by the property manager. That was strange to me and a policy I hope they would reconsider.

Accurate Pictures

The pictures are accurate. Owner was quick to answer a couple of questions we had. A binder would be helpful to tell you things like when garbage day is (Tuesday), when the pool guy usually comes, and the checkout process. We had no idea what we were responsible for when we left. Hopefully it was ok!
