This home is just a ten minute drive from the world famous 5th Avenue as well as the charming Arts district. The gulf beaches are just a mile away. Enjoy covered parking, high speed WIFI, 2 smart TV's and all utilities plus the end of term cleaning fee for one monthly price. Why they chose this property

Easy walk, bike or drive to the most gorgeous sunsets. Naples is a vibrant community with much to see and do. My husband and I like to use the grill outside or hit the early happy hour dining options. Walk to Blueberry's Restaurant or enjoy the clubhouse dining. Visit Naples farmers markets, and nature preserves. If you are interested in a trail ride in the local preservation area - I can happily refer you. We are not expert golfers, but very much enjoy our executive course. Equipment is available at the Pro shop for golf, bocce and pickleball for a nominal fee.

I have frequented many VRBO homes and I know what essentials are required to get your vacation off to a great start and to facilitate a terrific stay in SW FL.
