Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave gate opener on top of dining table.
Please turn off all A/C units.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Short-term renters are not allowed to bring guests to the unit, other than the ones duly registered to stay there.
Please remove excess sand from shoes and body before returning back to unit from beach. There is a shower next to the beach gate for your convenience.
Do not hang towels from balcony and do not not leave shoes or any personal item in front of the unit. Please use shoe tray inside the unit.
