About this property

Cozy and quiet cottage in the forest within minutes of downtown Nevada City and the Yuba River. The studio cottage sleeps 2 comfortably but can accommodate 1-2 more on a pullout bed. We are on 2 acres of forest between Nevada City and Edwards Crossing. The cottage is standalone, but please note that the it is within close proximity of another house on the property. We are happy to welcome well-behaved leashed dogs as long as they will get along with ours. The house has a small but functional kitchenette with mini-fridge, hot plate, toaster oven, coffee maker and a few basics.

Great getaway in the hills near Nevada City.

An easy 5/5 stars for this place. Timothy is easy going with clear simple easy instructions throughout the process. The cabin was exactly what we were looking for and as advertised. Close to Nevada City, but out in the hills for peace and quiet. It was a fantastic spot perfect for our visit. We brought our dog and Timothy was extremely accommodating and easy to work with on that as well. Book it! You won't regret it.
