Downtown Nevada City Private Studio
Private entrance with its own kitchen and private bathroom. Pet friendly yard. Nice view with a short walk to downtown Nevada City. High speed internet. The studio has a low ceiling so not be ideal for guests taller than 6ft. Please let us know your ETA so we can turn on the heater at least an hour in advance ahead of your arrival.
