No matter the season this Riverside Getaway is your “home away from home”. Walking distance to the mountain and town, this vacation spot has all of the comforts of home including high speed wifi, large smart TV, granite countertops, spacious master bath, comfortable sectional sofa – not to mention breathtaking views and sounds of the of the Pemi river flowing by the windows and large deck.

The condo community has access to multiple tennis courts, pickle ball courts, two pools, outside grills, a river walk and an amazing swimming hole.

All you’ll need is your toothbrush and some clothes as we’ll have everything you need - from kitchen equipment to linens and towels. Come experience what the White Mountains have to offer! Perfect if you’re planning a family vacation or a getaway with your partner!

Excellent location. There is a paved river walk path accessible from the back right of the parking lot. You can walk into town or the opposite direction to Loon Mountain Resort. Property is outdated but clean and has a gorgeous view. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Eric's condo! It was clean, welcoming and comfortable. It was in a great location for access to restaurants, shops and activities. The condo amenities were very convenient. The sound of the river right off the back of the property was both beautiful and relaxing!

This location was perfect for us this year as all of our activities where close to Lincoln and made for a very convienant location. The grandkids loved the pool, and the rivers swimming hole on site. Very quiet there only noise was the babbling river going by. Our stay was relaxing after the days adventures andvery homey. Would we rent again? Yes we would!

I grew up in New England a die hard skier and always dreamed of having a second home in the mountains. When I discovered Loon while going to college in Boston, I immediately fell in love with the area. Today, there are 10 of us college friends that have homes here and watching our families grow and make memories has been the most amazing thing. With life getting busier, we're not able to use it all of the time, so we wanted to give others the ability to make memories in Lincoln, NH as well.

Why they chose this property

Our condo has everything you need, including furniture and finishes like you would find in your own home. Being able to open your windows at night during the Summer, Spring and Fall to hear the roar of the Pemi River, puts you right to sleep. You can easily walk along the scenic paved river walk to Loon Mountain or it's a quick 2 minute drive in the Winter. Whether it's Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall, this condo is perfectly located.
