We had a wonderful week- long stay with our hosts Elaine and her husband. They are the best with responding to any concerns or just to welcome us to their condo! Everything in the condo was setup just fine with a comfortable king bed, living room seating and kitchen setup! The view from the balcony was spectacular for the nightly sunsets!Hope to be back!!

Owners were great to work with. Beachfront as described and a beautiful view from inside. Unfortunately, we had to evacuate due to Milton's impeding arrival, but plan to return.

Perfect location and view

We were able to hear the sound of the ocean and also watch the dolphins and birds right from our private balcony. There were ample beach chairs, coolers and beach towels for us to use. Quiet stretch of beach away from the busy Times Square area. Comfortable bed. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo has a great view of the Gulf and allows viewing sunsets from the balcony. The condo is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The owner provided detailed information about the check in procedure and the property. Overall, a perfect vacation spot.

Fantastic Vacation

My son and I stayed at this residence the week of June 19th. The views from each window and the balcony were truly spectacular. The residence was equipped with everything we needed and Elaine was so quick to respond to questions that arose. The closet inside is stocked with every beach item you can think of and we especially appreciated the wagon to haul it all down. The condo is just a couple minute walk to a shopping plaza and CVS. The beach is peaceful and much less crowded then further north and I found an array of gorgeous shells. The pool is also a nice size, with plenty of chairs. We had such a wonderful trip and would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Elaine

Beautiful views from the balcony! Very comfortable bed. The unit does need a few updates.

We were very pleased. Overall it was a great experience. It does need a new shower head, shower curtain liner and a new coffee pot. We would definitely book this property again.

The location and the view are super nice. We spent a week and enjoy every minute of it. The condo is good and well equipped it is not the most luxurious but homey. We will definitely stay here again. The owners nice, easy going and helpful.

Amazing view!

The first thing we saw when we opened the door was the amazing view peeking through the blinds! Couldn’t have asked for a better spot to stay-We even saw dolphins swimming around one morning! Would stay here again!

Elaine and Rollin live in Chicago, but spend about four months of each year at Estero Beach and Tennis Club (EBT). Since our first purchase there in 1992, we have acquired three other units, all of which we manage and maintain personally.

Why they chose this property

Our extensive search ended at EBT where we take family frequently. The eight grandchildren love the pool, beach and many nearby restaurants, shops and parks.

What makes this property unique

The view from the living room and balcony is outstanding, Santini Plaza restaurants, and shops are just across the street. Lovers Key State Park is just two miles to the south.
