NEW - Spacious Midpines Home near Yosemite<br>
Complete with new interior design, this 2-story getaway is tucked in the mountains and sits on 5 acres of land. Located 9 miles outside of Mariposa and 36 miles from the Arch Rock entrance of Yosemite National Park.
The space
A wonderful option for group getaways, this house encompasses a two-story floor plan with seating areas upstairs and down as well as outside allowing for maximum flexibility. A well-equipped kitchen, thoughtful touches, expansive deck and outdoor living space on several levels provide a lovely setting for memories of a lifetime! Below are more details on the floor plan.
Located on the main floor:
Kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and office space
Located downstairs:
Master bedroom, bathroom, full lounge/living space, laundry
Other things to note
All fireworks, including “safe and sane,” are illegal in Mariposa County. Anyone caught with fireworks will be cited and fireworks confiscated. Violation of fireworks results in serious charges.
We allow pets for an additional charge:
$75 flat fee
If any damages are incurred during the stay we will request additional payment
Guest access
While we are not located onsite, we are only a call, text or email away from being at your service if you have any questions.
