SUMMER 2024! CHARMING HOME with GREAT PORCHES and LARGE PATIO. Dog Friendly.
This comfortable home in Ocean Grove is available as a 3 Bedroom/2 Bath property. Relax in the living room with queen sofabed or enjoy a meal in the fully stocked kitchen with large table/chairs. Hardwood floors located throughout the home. The second floor has 3 bedrooms - one with king bed and direct access to 2nd floor deck. The other bedroom has a queen bed and a full bed. A third room is available with twin bunk beds or can be set up as a home office if preferred for stays of 4 weeks or longer upon request. There are 2 Full baths - one on each floor. The front porch is a guest favorite with colorful awnings to enjoy the quiet evenings. Parking is easy on this side of town but you are still only about 7-8 blocks from the Ocean Grove Beach/Boardwalk and about 1/2 mile from Asbury Park.

I live full time in Ocean Grove - the town I grew up in and returned 25 years later to enjoy this sweet town after a career in hospitality and banking. I have also owned 20 rental units in Ocean Grove over the past 25 years. I also serve as the Treasurer of the Ocean Grove Area Chamber of Commerce.

Ocean Grove is such a special place. It's a throwback community with ice cream stores, historic architecture, and undeveloped boardwalk.
