About this property

Classic Cape Cod Cottage with air conditioning in the heart of The Cape with access to a private beach, swimming pool, and tennis courts. Walk to the store, restaurants and easy access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Walk, bike or drive to Nickerson State Park for hiking trails, fresh water swimming, paddle boarding, and fishing.

This is a perfect setting for families with plenty of green space and a gated community. The house has a grill and 2 balconies to enjoy.
We have a No Party policy as well as a No Smoking policy (which includes any form of electronic smoking). If any of these policies are breached we reserve the right to add a deep cleaning fee of $500 to cover damages.

Great location and comfort

This is a perfect beach and biking vacation condo - spacious, clean, and in great condition. 3 min. walk to the beach, 5 min from Cape Cod rail trail..The owner Tim responded to all inquiries within minutes - couldn’t expect any better overall experience!
