Great Stay

We had a great time and enjoyed enough space for our adult children and their partners. Conveniently located minutes to beaches and not far from other towns. Had great meals and thoroughly enjoyed. Host was great!

Idyllic vacation setting

Loved the home and easy access to the beach. The surrounding neighborhood is peaceful. Thank you for the use of the bikes- it made our daily beach trips quick and easy.

Wonderful!

This home is by far the nicest VRBO that we have ever rented! Beautiful house in a gorgeous location. Short walk/bike ride to a nice beach. The owners have thought of everything….comfortable furniture and beds, well equipped kitchen, gas grill, bikes and beach toys…anything you could need for a fabulous vacation.

We had the best stay!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house had everything you could need and was in the cutest, quietest little neighborhood. We really enjoyed our walks to the beach in the morning! The beds were also so comfortable and the house was plenty big for the 11 of us. I would definitely stay here again with my family!

A perfect Cape getaway!

We loved the location and overall space this rental provided. It was a perfect setting for our group to relax, enjoy the local beach, and easy distance to the Brewster downtown area. The bikes and beach gear was a special bonus to enjoy the scenery. Loved it, and a great size spot for 7 adults.

Wonderful stay

We loved our stay. The house is a close walk to several Brewster beaches. My family made use of the bikes and the kayaks. Everything was clean, tidy, and perfectly set up upon our arrival. We hope to visit again!

Perfect Setting

We very much enjoyed our multi-generation vacation at this home. The easy access to the beach, dining and activities made it a great spot for keeping different ages happy. The house was clean, comfortable with a lovely space for kids to play and outdoor dining. Hope to return!

We’ve rented in this neighborhood for nearly 40 years in this house is certainly a gem. Amazing outdoor space, great layout in the house and perfect location! Easy check in and check out and felt right at home!

Great experience!

Went to the Cape for a multigenerational family trip. Had a great stay at this wonderful property! House was exactly like the listing and perfect for 5 adults and 1 child. Great location, very comfortable, and stocked with lots of useful items for indoors and outdoors. We hope to make it back as a family for another trip at some point in the future!

Perfect House Close to Everything!

The house was clean and perfect for two small families. A short walk to Saint’s Landing beach or Eddy bay trail. Our kids loved visiting Paine’s Creek beach. The bikes, floats, and sand toys provided in the garage kept them busy. The host is very responsive and everything you need for a great vacation is provided. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Great place by the beach

This was our second time staying at this house. We enjoyed staying so close to the beach. The house has a big yard that our kids enjoyed playing in and they offer lots of amenities like bikes and a grill. The house has enough parking to easily fit 3 or 4 cars. All of the rooms are good size and the beds are comfortable. We would go back again!

Family wedding weekend

We had a family wedding at the ocean edge resort. The house was only a 5-8 minute car ride. We were a family of eight adults. (4 boys in their 20s). The house had plenty of room. Walking distance to the beach, very clean, great layout. Jen and Alex were very quick to respond to our questions. Great weekend in the Cape.

Refreshed and Relaxed

The house and grounds are meticulously maintained and the guest needs are well tended to. The Owners have taken the time and effort to treat it as a resort experience. All that has to be done here is to enjoy the beautiful Cape. Loved the neighborhood and location. Great communication with the Owners. Couldn't be more satisfied with this property.

Cape Light Beach House

Lovely home, tastefully furnished, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Situated in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the beach. The sky and light on Cape beaches have been captivating photographers forever and the beach near this home is no exception. Also, during low tide you can walk and explore for miles it seems. Owners very responsive.

Perfect!!

Property was perfect for our family vacation. There was more than enough room for our crew of 8 adults. Plenty of comfortable lounging space. Beds were were super comfy with extra blankets. Everything we needed was in the house. Bikes, beach chairs & garage fridge were a bonus. Loved riding bikes to the beach! Outdoor shower was great, too. Central location made it easy do everything we planned on the cape. Highly recommend staying here!

Amazing

This was our second time staying at this house. We love the house, neighborhood and nearby beaches. The owner is very responsive and kind. The beaches near the house are perfect for kids given the shallow waters of the bay at low tide, it’s so fun to watch them explore. There are bikes at the house so we would use our car to drive everything down and then my husband would bike back. Loved our vacation here!

Beautiful house in nice neighborhood

Stayed here with family for a long weekend to attend my daughter’s wedding in Brewster. We were very happy with the accommodations as the house and yard are beautiful. I am very happy that I was able to stay there. Due to other activities planned as well as 1 day that rained we weren’t able to make full use of the amenities such as bikes. My only recommendation would be to have Tips on going to the local beaches and local restaurants.

Private home with all you need

This house is lovely - well situated on a nice piece of property with beautiful landscaping and yard. They provide all the amenities from a kayak to beach chairs to bikes to beach towels to lobster utensils. With a/c and two beds and a bath on the first floor and the same setup upstairs it can accommodate different family members comfortably. The breezeway with couch and patio with dining table is very private, set back from the road. Driveway easily accommodates Three cars without having to play musical vehicles. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Lovely Stay

This is a beautiful property in a gorgeous, quiet neighborhood. The house is very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The bikes provided were perfect for the short ride to either of the close bay-side beaches or just to ride around town. The outside patio is so nice, private and quiet! When it rained, we all enjoyed the covered breezeway area so we could still enjoy the outside. We love to cook so took full advantage of the grill outside and all the tools in the kitchen. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, the bedding/linens provided were perfect and the central AC was amazing during our hot week on the Cape. Overall, my family of 4 loved this property and look forward to coming back again!

Spacious & So Convenient

We loved staying in this well maintained, clean property, within walking distance to Saint’s and Mant’s Landing Beaches. We loved riding the complementary bikes (3 adult, one smaller) and using the beach push cart. It is possible to ride to the bike path from the home, but there are a few sections where you are on a road I might avoid with small children. No worries though- it is a short drive away. We were surprised at how much space there was. With 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 plus pull out couch on first floor it would be easy to accommodate 2 families. We hope to be back soon.

Short walk to the beach

This house had a number of attractions for my family First, it's about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Second, it has a very large yard for games with the kids. It's convenient to many restaurants and there is plenty of room to park cars. The house has central A/C. As expected, the bedrooms downstairs tended to be cooler than upstairs. We had no issues with the house while we were there.. The communication from the owners was some of the best that I have experienced. They are very responsive to questions, which we really appreciated. In summary, this is in the top three houses that I have rented on the cape, and I have been renting for 15 years.
