Cozy private efficiency in my home, 8 miles-downtown Raleigh, NCSU, RTP, Cary, RDU airport and nature parks (Lake Johnson, Umstead Park, Lake Jordan) Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven provided. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room/dining area. There is a tenant with 2 small dogs who lives on property in their own private space. ( There entrance is the back of the house)

Nice clean home. The owner was quick to respond to a question. We were there for a 4H Congress scholarship luncheon. There’s no kitchen but a small kitchenette. We were aware of this when booking. For the night it was great. The owner had complementary bottled water & coffee with creamer which was much appreciated. She had anything that you may need if something was forgotten at home. I would recommend if you’re in need of a night or two in Raleigh.
