Fully renovated 3 bedroom home located within 5 mins of downtown Charleston and 15 mins from the beach. If you are here for work or play this is the perfect spot from which to enjoy Charleston living. Shem Creek, the most photographed spot in all of SC, is only a 10 min drive from this home, making it an easy spot for after-work dinner/drinks with friends. You can also walk to Second State Coffee and the bars/restaurants at the front of the I'on neighborhood.

Sleeps 6 comfortably and there is an added pull out couch(double bed) for any extra guests. Home has been fully renovated and is a turn-key vacation home! Laundry room with washer/dryer on site.
