The house was very nice and clean. Plenty of bedrooms and beds. Worked very well for our large group. The two refrigerators was a major plus. My one complaint is that the Hot Tub heater was not working all week. We pre-paid to have it heated. We messaged about it multiple times a day in the beginning of our trip. They would always response timely and say they are "awaiting updates from their service technician" or things like that. But there was not one person all week that physically came out to diagnose the issue. So we didn't have use of the Hot Tub, which was a bummer. Not a deal breaker for the week, but definitely something we were looking forward to at nights. They did end up refunding us for what we paid to have the hot tub heated. Aside from the hot tub issue, the house was great.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Leif. We're glad to hear that you found the house to be nice and clean, and that it accommodated your large group well. The two refrigerators are indeed a great feature for larger gatherings! We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you faced with the hot tub heater. We understand how disappointing it can be when something you were looking forward to doesn't work as expected. While we did our best to communicate with our service technician, we regret that we couldn't resolve the issue during your stay. We appreciate your understanding and are glad we could refund you for the heating fee. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we will continue to work on improving our response times for maintenance issues. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future, where we can provide you with an even better experience.
